PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
• Available for all orders across India
• Delivery via India Post/Blue Dart/Delhivery
• Tracking information will be provided
• Shipping charges: ₹99 for orders below ₹999
• FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹999
Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days)
• Available for metro cities and major towns
• Delivery via courier partners
• Shipping charges: ₹199 for all orders
• Priority handling and tracking
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Please ensure your complete address with correct pin code is provided during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using this number on our courier partner's website.
DELIVERY
• Someone must be available to sign for the package
• Jewelry items require signature upon delivery for security
• If no one is available, a delivery attempt notification will be left
• Please contact our courier partner to arrange redelivery

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Public holidays and festivals
• Courier service delays
• Local restrictions or lockdowns

PACKAGING
All jewelry is carefully packed in premium packaging to ensure safe delivery. Each piece is secured to prevent damage during transit.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Provide order number and photographs (if damaged)
• We will investigate with our courier partner
• Replacement or refund will be processed as per our return policy
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
As we ship within India only, there are no customs or import duties applicable.
